1) Open the PDF in Adobe Pro or Cloud DC (or the PDF editor of your choosing).
2) Select all form fields on the PDF (may have to do this page-by-page) and then right click on any one of the selected fields and choose “Properties”
3) Un-check “Read Only” (check it and then un-check it if you want to make 100% sure) then close
4) Once all of the problem fields have been updated to remove the “Read Only” attribute, save the file and promote it to production
Verify that this fixed the issue. If you still see the problem for the customer’s order try the following
1) Open SQL and search the PDFDetails table for the given TRXpKey
2) If it is a Lender Questionnaire that is having the issue, delete all rows that have a value in TMPpKey column for the given transaction OR if it is an Estoppel that is having the issue, delete all rows that have a value in TMPEpKey column for the given transaction.
Verify that this fixed the issue and report to client.
