• Send them to the order page so that they can reset the password

    • Forgot Password link
    • A customer will also go there to look at all orders and/or download completed docs etc.

• • If for any reason support needs to look up a customer login / password info
    • Go to SQL / UserOrders table – DO NOT give out login informatin over the phone.
